Traffic Warrants in Camden County
Traffic warrants are court business. Osage Beach puts it plainly: a citation commands an appearance, and missing the listed time can bring a warrant for arrest. Other cities in Camden County route cases differently, so no single traffic-warrant portal covers the county. This is court-case and clearance help, not a driving-history or insurance record service.
Camden County Citation Routes
Each town has its own door. Camdenton sends traffic questions to Circuit Clerk option 2. Sunrise Beach holds municipal court at Camden County Circuit Court, and so does Linn Creek at the county courthouse. Four Seasons municipal cases take the county route. Osage Beach keeps its own municipal clerk, while Lake Ozark runs a city portal.
| Venue | First court route | Key caution |
|---|---|---|
| Camdenton | Circuit Clerk | No current city municipal court |
| Osage Beach | Municipal clerk | Some cases require appearance |
| Sunrise Beach | County Circuit Court | Police records are separate |
| Lake Ozark | City portal and clerk | Confirm Camden or Miller County |
How to Check a Traffic Warrant
Start with the citation number. Search the city portal or Case.net, then call the court named in the result. The sheriff's Most Wanted list is not the right first stop for an ordinary Camden County citation.
- Identify the issuing city and division.
- Search by citation or case number.
- Ask the clerk whether an FTA or warrant entry is current.
- Ask which act the judge requires.
- Obtain a written receipt, reset, release, or recall.
Sunrise Beach Court Transfer
The official Sunrise Beach notice confirms that its municipal court is now held at Camden County Circuit Court.

A city police-record request can't replace county court confirmation. For City Hall details, the city source lists the contact information separately.

The two sources document distinct police or administrative and court routes.
What a Traffic Warrant Shows
The warrant record ties to the citation and its court case. Camden County offices publish no uniform warrant-number format or countywide bond schedule.
| Citation or case | The direct identifier. |
|---|---|
| Court | The city or circuit division. |
| Violation | The charge listed in the case. |
| FTA entry | The missed-date or noncompliance event. |
| Required action | Payment, waiver, reset, bond, or appearance as ordered. |
Linn Creek at Court Circle
The Linn Creek Police page places municipal court at the Camden County courthouse and lists the associate-clerk phone line.

That contact tells you where a Linn Creek citation gets checked. The city page adds the related address and contact details.

Published docket times can change, so call before traveling.
Paying or Lifting a Traffic Warrant
Osage Beach lets some citations go the waiver and plea route. Drinking, drug, accident, suspended or revoked driving, high-speed, and other court-ordered cases require an appearance instead. Other Camden County cities set their own rules.
Payment is not automatic recall: Ask the clerk to confirm the court entered a recall, release, reset, or other clearing action.
Save the proof and recheck the docket. If a law-enforcement office directed you there, call the Camden County sheriff before you appear.
Camden County FTA and License Holds
Missouri DOR's FACT/NRVC process may need a court compliance form or paid receipt plus a $20 reinstatement fee. A Lieu of Bail hold works differently. It takes a court release order and skips that $20 fee. These are license steps in Camden County, not a warrant lookup.
| Issue | Needed proof | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| FACT/NRVC | Court compliance or paid receipt | License reinstatement route |
| Lieu of Bail | Court release order | Removes license hold |
| Court warrant | Recall, reset, bond, or judge action | Changes court process |
Confirm Camden Traffic Clearance
Get the next date and written proof from the clerk. Then ask whether the court reports anything to DOR and when Case.net updates. If a sheriff or police system carried the warrant too, ask when the Camden County court's action reaches that agency.
Keep the systems separate: A DOR reinstatement, online payment, police report, and court warrant recall are four different records.
